Program Director:	Cheryl Davis

	Ms. Davis has a Bachelor's Degree in Elementry Education
	with a minor in Early Childhood.  She has more than 20 years
	experience working with children of all ages.  Her teaching
	experience, including home schooling her daughters, has
	given her exposure to various curriculums, learning styles of
	children and varied approaches to education.

Administrator: 		Kathy Falkner

	Ms. Falkner joined the staff in July 1988.  She worked for
	the Virginia Department of Social Services for 20 years,
	13 of these as a Child Care Licensing Specialists.
